Yann Couvreur's Pastry - À PARAÎTRE

The first book from pastry prodigy Yann Couvreur. Yann, the rising star of Parisian pastry-making, trained at the Château de Trianon in Versailles before becoming pastry chef at luxury hotels Eden Rock Saint-Barthélemy, Le Bourgogne, and Prince de Galles. In May 2016, he opened his first pastry shop in Paris near Canal Saint-Martin, followed by another in the Marais in June 2017. He now has locations throughout the capital and internationally in Miami, Dubai, Seoul, Riyadh, and Doha.
