Mother Earth

Mother Earth is an expression referring to the goddesses who personify fertile earth. It's the symbol of the nurturing earth, like a mother feeding her child. Here, I sought to reconnect ingredients to their land, to better understand and combine them. To tell a story and give meaning to cooking. To remember moments, smells, and sensations. I do this work because I deeply love everything around me, from nature to humanity. Writing this book allowed me to express it loud and clear.
