Because our grandparents' recipes are lost over time, chef Sébastien Labrie-Lacroix decided to compile them into a book to be passed down from generation to generation. This book, created in memory of all those suffering from Alzheimer's, including the author's grandmother, brings together all the recipes we never want to forget, from the most classic to the most unusual. A portion of the book's proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer Society of Quebec.
