A compilation of recipes presented by artists from across the Arab world for the online cooking show Lentil Space by the Mophradat association.

Adapted from the eponymous online program produced by Mophradat in Brussels, co-organized by Mai Abu ElDahab and Reem Shilleh, from 2021 to 2023 ( https://mophradat.org/en/program/lentil-space ), this book is a celebration of the variety of cuisine in the Arab world, cultural transmission, and conversations about food.
With contributions from Adam HajYahia and Haitham Haddad, Deena Abdelwahed, Laila Hida with Amine Lahrach, Mohamed Abdelkarim with Abla elBahrawy, Nadah El Shazly, among many others, this cookbook includes recipes chosen and prepared by the artists in an intimate setting, associated with stories both personal and about their artistic practice.
