From the beginning of his career, Stelio Perombelon has had a particular love for vegetables. With special attention to color and texture, he reinterprets 20 vegetables in three different ways. AUTHOR(S)

Stelio Perombelon has long been a chef in several prestigious establishments. He first honed his skills at Toqué! and Leméac before opening his own restaurants. For the past few years, he has been training the next generation by teaching at the Institut de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ).
