Structured around 15 Asian vegetables presented according to the seasons, the book offers advice on organic cultivation and harvesting, intended for both weekend gardeners and aspiring market gardeners, in addition to preservation techniques, nutritional information and cooking preparation methods.
Around forty recipes, some of which have been developed by renowned chefs, are also offered.
