Bruno Doucet honed his skills in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2004, following in the footsteps of Yves Camdeborde, he launched La Régalade, a Parisian institution in the 14th arrondissement that brought bistronomy to new heights. Since then, he has opened two new Régalade locations in Paris ( Saint-Honoré and Conservatoire ).
