You are invited on a colorful and flavorful journey around the world! Nutritionist Marianne Lefebvre presents immigrants from Morocco, Benin, Italy, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Laos, the Philippines, Israel, Turkey, Lebanon and Syria, with whom she cooked typical dishes from their countries (fufu, granita, ceviche, tortilla soup, raw beef salad, baba ghanoush, kefta…).

In the kitchens of the world is filled with so many unusual and enticing recipes as well as inspiring stories that shed light on the resilience of the human spirit… A book that makes you hungry and want to reach out.

Marianne Lefebvre is a nutritionist, speaker, and international nutrition consultant. In 2013, this Quebecer, passionate about world cultures, founded Intégration Nutrition with the mission of supporting the integration of immigrant populations into local food cultures. Today, she continues her career by supporting organizations seeking to become more inclusive by building intercultural bridges through food from here and elsewhere, fostering united, diverse, and globally minded communities. A true traveler at heart, she spends a great deal of time abroad (having visited over 30 countries!), bringing back countless recipe ideas.
