Coffee: Knowing it, cooking with it, appreciating it - Kareen Grondin and Didier Reolon

For the first time in Quebec publishing, a book offers both coffee-based recipes and recipes that beautifully complement this beverage, a staple in the daily lives of millions. The recipes are grouped according to the type of coffee roast that best suits them.

Illustrated by superb photos by Virginie Gosselin, the recipes are preceded by information on the production and processing of coffee and on the different ways to serve it.

Kareen Grondin is a leading figure in Quebec's culinary world. For over 15 years, she worked on recipe design, development, and refinement within the Ricardo Media team. She has also appeared on numerous television programs.

Didier Reolon has worked in the espresso machine and specialty coffee industry for over 10 years. He is currently the general manager of Édika, a Quebec-based company specializing in the distribution of high-quality coffee preparation equipment and accessories.
