Chef Sébastien Bras, who has been working at Le Suquet restaurant since 2009, a three-star establishment created in 1992 by his father Michel Bras, presents the Aubrac region, its gastronomy and the history of his family, through photographs taken in all seasons as well as forty recipes showcasing local products.
